Lil' trivia:
That same night, just across the street from Cicada Club, "The Artist", black and white silent movie, won best movie of the year at the Scree Actors' Guild Awards :-) The famous "staircase scene" in "The Artist" was shot here, at Cicada Club. A few weeks later, "The Artist" won the Oscar for best picture. Love the timing of it all!
