TIME OUT FOR TEENS is an overnight holistic retreat for teen girls where they will have the opportunity to attend rotations designed to empower them to have access to tools to acheive balance in their lives.

DAY CONSISTS OF:

We will focus on giving girls the tools to forever learn to clear clutter in their body, environment and mind to better access their own intuition.  Read our article on rotations and instructors.

WHO AND WHERE?

Retreat is opened to all girls aged 13-17 in the Los Angeles area. Transportation, food and lodging is free thanks to the generous donation of www.warnersprings.com and Kristin Kreuk.To be selected to attend, follow the directions on the right.

EVENING ACTIVITIES:

The evening activity consists of celebrity guest speaker Kristin Kreuk and her friends sharing their stories of personal artistic empowerment and the roads they took to get to that artistic freedom. This will be followed by an opportunity for the girls to celebrate their individual creative expressions as their contest submissions will be showcased and recognized with a special award.

Roations will be led by experts in their fields and will be covering the following topics

• Yoga
• Guided Imagery
• Feng Shui
• Meditation
• Aromatherapy
• Nutrition Guidance
• Relationship/Communication coaching
• Eastern Teachings on Balance
