Pina Anna Grace De Rosa, award-winning producer and results coach, was christened Giuseppina in Italy, her country of birth. When she turned 11, Pina’s family moved from Naples to Lausanne – making this the first journey in a lifetime of travel that has taken her around the world. It was in Lausanne, the French-speaking part of Switzerland, where Pina learned the second of her five languages.

At age 18 Pina left the Continent to fulfill her lifelong dream of living in the States. She moved first to Florida, where, after 2 1/2 years of collegiate studies, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts. Pina’s love for travel and world culture has translated into extended stays in London and Mexico, as well as multiple visits to Asia, Africa, Australia, Central and South America, and, of course, back to Europe.

A citizen of the world with four passports in hand, Pina finally settled in Los Angeles, where she feels most at home. She worked in film production in her 20s, then started working in the personal development field and merged both her passions for media and transformation, making movies that make a difference.

Having coached thousands of people (one on one and from the platform) today she is an award winning Film Producer, a Master Results Coach and NLP Trainer, President/CEO of Gratitude International LLC, a company with a worldwide client base committed to empowering people to living their fullest potential -- visions and dreams fulfilled. She loves it! She is extremely passionate about paradigm shifting, the power of making a difference, especially through film.

As an international speaker & trainer, Pina De Rosa has been leading live workshops, teleclasses and webinars for over 9 years now. She has been nominated as Los Angeles Business Journal Woman Making A Difference 2010.

Besides keynote speaking and leading her own events, Pina has shared the stage with Barbara De Angelis, Loral Langemeier, Chris Howard, Alison Armstrong, Lisa Sasevich, Debbie Allen, Jill Lublin, Dr. Joanna Martin and Kelly O'Neil to name a few.

Pina has coached and trained thousands of people worldwide, from London to Hong Kong, from Los Angeles to Sydney and from Auckland to Oakland, with always the same commitment: empowering each client to live their fullest potential.

Together with her brother-director @Carlo De Rosa and their multi-award-wining comedy "Larsen - Feedback" and their upcoming  feature "The Promise" (youtube.com/pinaderosa), Pina blends the fields of media and transformation: a dream come true!
